Appointments
Appointments are necessary except in cases of emergency.
Interpreter Services: Our clinic uses TIS National and AUSLAN for translation and interpreting services. Please state this preference on initial booking of the appointment
Consultation
Please request a longer appointment for life insurance and pre-employment medical examinations, enhanced primary care plans, VicRoads driving medical examinations, surgical removal of skin lesions, where you have multiple problems requiring assessment and your initial first appointment with us.
Prescriptions
Repeat prescriptions require an appointment, for same day bulk billed service you may book a telephone appointment for this.
Please be aware that a longer more detailed appointment consultation may need to be scheduled for follow-up monitoring and treatment of chronic conditions to ensure best practice medical care.

Patients can schedule an appointment for follow up of test results, imaging or reports.
Billing
Healthcare, Pension, DVA Card Holders and Children Under 16 will be Bulk Billed
The following consultations are bulk-billed:
- ALL National Immunisation Program
- All Health assessments
- Chronic Disease Management Plan & Team Care Arrangements
Personal Health Information
This practice uses an in house computer system for personal health records.
Rest assured that all of your health information is protected and remains confidential.
It is the policy of this practice to maintain security of personal health records at all times and to ensure that only authorised staff members may access this information.
After Hours Care
If you have an emergency please telephone 000 or go to your nearest Emergency Department. If you require care while we are closed, please visit the website Doctors On Demand (https://www.doctorsondemand.com.au) to book your appointment for After Hours care.
Doctors on Demand available as below:
- Weekdays: Monday to Thursday 5pm to 9am
- Weekends: Friday 5pm to Monday 9am
As well as, Healesville Hospital GP Clinic provides after-hours care 7 days per week:
- Weekdays: Monday to Friday 6.00 pm to 8.00 pm
- Weekends: Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays - 10.00 am to 5.00 pm
After Hours service should not be used in emergencies or life-threatening illnesses or injuries. If you require emergency assistance, call 000 for immediate help.
